Sean Lane joined Lighthouse Financial Advisors as an intern in January 2011. From the very beginning, Sean managed a range of projects and quickly learned “The Lighthouse Way.” As he worked closely under the seasoned guidance of Robert Walsh, Sean’s curiosity of the financial planning industry grew and he became enamored with learning more. In October 2011, while continuing his sales consulting role at Verizon Wireless, Sean was promoted to Assistant Financial Advisor. In April 2012, despite juggling both roles, Verizon recognized Sean’s diligence and dedication and honored him with the “Verizon Customer Appreciation Award” for the Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets. By November 2012, Lighthouse Financial Advisors welcomed Sean as a full-time member of the team.
Sean received his bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania with a major in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing. Since his modest beginnings at LFA, Sean has continued to immerse himself in all aspects of financial planning. Sean is personally vested in his client relationships and has a steadfast approach to handling client requests. As part of his continued education, Sean is currently enrolled in Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Financial Planning Program with the intention to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Upon completion of the course, Sean will sit for the CFP® Exam.
Sean was born and raised at the Jersey Shore and recently moved to Red Bank, New Jersey. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, surfing, snowboarding and golfing.
