Marni Feltman
Director of Client Outcomes
In January 2019, Marni joined the team at Lighthouse Financial Advisors based on the shared value of caring dedication, professionalism, integrity in service to clients, and the belief in providing a great place to work for team members. Marni believes in a customer-centric culture themed on communication, collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
As Director of Client Outcomes, Marni ensures high customer satisfaction levels by thinking about her clients and their challenges and goals, to build new opportunities to engage clients in innovative ways. She helps organize and motivate team members to go above and beyond to promote a performance and inclusive based culture that surpasses client expectations while creating a purpose and passion for client servicing roles. She also provides executive administrative support to Brennan Guli, the firm’s Senior Financial Advisor / Chief Compliance Officer.
Marni brings with her over fifteen years of experience building and improving customer experience programs, optimizing business operations, and developing talent. Prior to joining Lighthouse she served as Manager of Financial Aid and Operations with a local educational institution, where she ensured for student success by making the financial aid process easy and accessible so that students could focus on their education without the stress of financial burden. She built strong relationships with students and their parents, was a mentor to team members and was valued as a true partner to the executive team.
Marni holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University, Douglass College in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds an Associate Certified Coach accreditation.
