Nancy Walsh
Human Resource Manager

Nancy is responsible for Lighthouse Financial Advisors, Inc Human Resource functions and provides guidance to clients in career transition, reviewing new hire packages, retirement packages, severance packages and various other career decisions. She also works closely with our business clients helping them develop employee handbooks, compensation, recruitment, employee evaluations and various other vital human resource tools and processes.

If we are passionate about caring for clients, we need to build an environment that allows our co-workers to thrive. An environment that allows individuals to develop and build on their unique talents will continually improve in providing excellent and outstanding customer service. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, benefits, roles and responsibility, compensation, learning and development, employee relations and leadership development.

Nancy has 20 plus years of human resources experience working in various human resource functions at Brown Brothers Harriman, Bank of America, Neuberger Berman and HSBC Asset management.

In her spare time Nancy enjoys her time with Robert III, Pilates, spinning, vacations and time with family at the beach.
