Lou Rettino
Financial Advisor

Lou joined Lighthouse Financial Advisors in March 2025 as a Financial Advisor. In this role, he provides an array of client services, including account and asset allocation, understanding risk tolerance and the investment horizon, tax preparation, tax-efficient investing, and long-term financial planning.

Prior to joining Lighthouse, Lou worked for 23 years as a Fixed Income Sales Trader, predominantly focused on Investment Grade Credit. His employers included Goldman Sachs, Susquehanna International, and Santander Bank. In 2025, he decided to leverage his extensive capital markets knowledge and transition to work for an Investment Advisor. Although he enjoyed his time on the Broker/Dealer side of the business, he finds his interaction with retail clients to be more gratifying, impactful, and rewarding. 

Lou grew up in Westfield, NJ. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce, as well as the University of California – Los Angeles with an MBA in Finance. He holds numerous securities licenses, having passed the Series 7, 24, 53, 55, 63, and 65 exams. If he’s not in the office, you will find him in Rumson with his wife Lisa and two daughters, Logan and Sydney. He is a volunteer flag football coach at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School and enjoys the beach, fitness, sports, and all things family.
